Regional Focal Point – PFR

This offers institutions, citizens and businesses information concerning the environment produced in the territory of Piedmont.
It is part of the “National Environment Information System” network (SINAnet) that collects data of national and community interest deriving from the planning, monitoring and control activities carried out at regional level.

Regional Environmental Information System – SIRA

This is the inter-exchange network shared by the Regional Administration of Piedmont, Provincial Administrations of Piedmont and the Regional Agency for Environmental Protection – ARPA.

It gathers and makes public:
  • regulations and deeds on the condition of the environment;
  • measures to protect the environment and to promote sustainable development;
  • information of environmental interest.

Environmental Impact Assessment – VIA

This is a procedure for analysis and preventive assessment of all projects that involve a possible consequence on the environment.
The service allows private individuals, businesses and public bodies to consult information concerning:

  • projects of works and interventions subordinated to Environmental Impact Assessment (geographical location, consulting procedures of the Project Registration Offices...);
  • proceedings;
  • final results.
