Quality

CSI has a Quality Management System certified according to UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 for the following fields:

  • design, development, interconnection, maintenance, training, management and operating automated IT systems and IT services (sector EA 33);
  • design and provision of training services for the Customer and training on the ICT services provided (sector EA 37).

The System aspires to the ongoing improvement of the results and includes the constant monitoring of the company processes through a system of indicators for detecting the achievement of the objectives and the definition of corrective and preventive measures.
The degree of application of the System is measured through internal audits and those by Certifying body.

ITIL

In organising its activities CSI uses the indications of the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) for providing IT services.
The guidelines are promoted by itSMF Italia, an association of which CSI is a founding member and which is a member of itSMF International, present at world level in thirty-seven countries and with over three thousand member companies.
CSI has applied the ITL reference model for:

  • homogenising the service providing procedures;
  • tracking the activity developed;
  • spreading knowledge to ensure the best service coverage;
  • dealing with issues of the Service Desk, Incident Management and Problem Management through a re-organisation process that is self-introduced by the companies involved in permanent training activities.
