CSI-Piemonte has always paid close attention to the social and economic results of its actions in the area, and considers advertising a necessary demonstration of transparency and involvement with its interlocutors, whether these be employees, Consortium members, citizens, businesses, clients, suppliers, the press or business partners.

To fulfil this mission, CSI uses carefully targeted tools: its institutional website, with an average of 260,000 contacts a month; Intranet to inform its employees about company initiatives and strategies and rationalize the workflow; the publication of financial statements approved by the Board of Members, and Nuovi Strumenti - the bulletin devoted to the activities of the Consortium and public administration.

CSI organizes meetings with citizens and works alongside its member bodies to promote cultural and educational initiatives capable of promoting debate on topics of current interest.

Among the consortium’s strengths is its continuous dialogue with the media (national and local periodicals and newspapers, television, information portals, magazines specialised in the sectors of public administration and ICT), exploiting traditional methods (press releases, editorials, editorial advertisements, press articles, etc.) and multimedia facilities (web news and video-communications).
