The main offices of CSI-Piemonte have the task of establishing guidelines
and action policies of the consortium (plan of activities, annual budget,
etc.), which are then implemented by the internal offices of the consortium
directly.
Representatives of all the organizations that, over the years, have joined
CSI collaborate with it.
The Meeting of Shareholders: represents the ownership – entirely public – of
the organization and is presided over by the president of the Regional Council.
The Board of Directors: organ of government composed of nine members with powers similar to those of the boards of corporations.
The Chairman: represents CSI-Piemonte to all effects of law, presides over the Board of Directors and applies its resolutions.
The Technical Scientific Committee (CTS): made up of experts in the different
fields of activity of the consortium, appointed by the members.
The General Director: remains in office for five years, coordinates the
operations of the consortium and provides for application of the annual plan.
The Board of Auditors: controlling body for the administration of the consortium
and the correct management of its accounts.
