Staff are a strategic resource for CSI-Piemonte. More than half of the employees have a university degree and the company continually invests in training to develop professional skills and maintain its capacity to innovate.
The wide range of degrees held by personnel is essential for a company that relies on specialised skills. Although the majority of personnel holding university degrees come from the faculties of Computer Science (among these, 87 from Computer Science) and Engineering (50 from Electrical Engineering), a significant number hold degrees in the Humanities, including Political Science (49), Literature (36), Law (36) and Communications (20).
