The composition of the board of directors changed and Riccardo Bulla became the new vice-chairman of CSI-Piemonte.
Highly satisfactory results were achieved with the creation of new areas of activity: customer-support services (including pre-sales, installation and after-sales service) and a public relations office that allowed the consortium to improve how the company presented itself and also organise a large number of initiatives (conferences, seminars, involvement at fairs, etc.)
