The consortium member agreement was renewed until 2008. A vote of confidence confirmed the members' trust in CSI and the activities it had carried out until that time. Plans were made to update the company by-laws to meet the requirements resulting from the new stage of modernisation and decentralisation of public administration, which had began in 1990 with law 142 and continued with the establishment of AIPA (Authority for Information Technology in PA) and the recently-approved Bassanini Laws.
The new company sites in Via Alfieri, in Turin, and in Vercelli were inaugurated. The company's expansion across the Piedmont region was part of the plan for administrative decentralisation with the consortium as link between local administrations and central administration.
No institutional changes were made to the organisation.
