Public Administration in Piedmont faces the need to update its organisation and structure in order to respond to the growing complexity of a world that is increasingly more oriented towards service integration and interoperability.

As the instrumental organization for the Piedmont administration and Responsible Body, CSI-Piemonte has to maintain high internal standards and competency at both a technological and organizational level, with constant attention to the professional development of its employees. It is an organization in which personnel are a strategic resource requiring investment as part of a plan of ongoing improvement.

The Consortium is open to highly motivated college graduates who are looking to grow in a stimulating technological environment, as well as to experienced professionals in the IT sector who wish to develop their professional skills.

Employee recruitment is handled through an analysis of résumés and individual as well as group recruitment and selection, following internships and apprenticeships, graduate thesis projects developed in the company itself, contacts with job placement agencies, framework agreements with university departments and close working relations with professional training organizations. For several years, CSI-Piemonte has been actively involved in events that offer companies and university faculties and departments the opportunity to meet and dialogue, such as "Carriera & Futuro" and "JobMeeting", which are held annually in Turin.
