On 9th March in Rome
The Piedmont Region and CSI-Piemonte, in collaboration with the Lombardy and Tuscany Regional Authorities are promoting a workshop that takes place in Rome, in the offices of the Piedmont Region on 9th March, that also include a presentation of the EURADIN project and its evolution in WP3-Work Package 3.
EURADIN is a project funded by the European Commission aimed at creating a thematic infrastructure on address data that favours sharing and inter-exchanging both alphanumeric and geographic information among interested parties. The project is supported by 30 public and private partners from 16 European countries.
The core of the project is WP3, elaborated by CSI and cantered on the organisation and harmonisation of information through a reusable data model, to make the inter-exchange more effective, in compliance with ISO standards and the guidelines of PSI (Public Service Information) and INSPIRE (Infrastructure for Spatial Information in Europe) Directives.
The project came to the attention of some institutions such as CISIS, DIGITPA, ISTAT, the Agency for the Territory, Poste Italiane, ANCI, EUROGI and the representatives of the Regions. All these actors will be the protagonists of a round table focussing on the research of a strategic approach shared at national level.
