To rationalise public expenditure

CSI-Piemonte has acquired considerable expertise on the subject of public procurement, in line with the Lisbon Strategy, which aims to make the European Union "the economy based on the most competitive and dynamic knowledge in the world". Today the consortium is a centre of excellence in e-procurement acknowledged at international level and it can offer Administrations and businesses consulting services on purchases and a technological platform for their management.

Through the PA e-Procurement portal the different Public Bodies can adhere to the service and use its functions.

Advantages for the Administrations:

reducing costs and time for performing the carrying out of procedurese;
ensuring more transparency for citizens and suppliers.

Advantages for Businesses:

obtaining information about the services concerned by tenders in a simple and quick way;
submitting competitive tenders and checking their progress in time.

With this portal it is possible to manage:

telematic tenders;
electronic market;
agreements for the tender procedures associated with the supply of goods and services.

It offers:

consulting activities (analysis of requirements, classes of goods…);
information (regulations, events, newsletters…);
assistance and help desk;
training activities, also through e-learning tools.
