In 2018 CSI was awarded the first tender for the outsourcing of services connected to the issue of entry visa for Italy. Over the following four years, indeed, it will support BLS International Services Ltd, a company from India and one of the global leading firms of the sector, to provide such services to the Embassy of Italy in Singapore through a specific Visa Centre, for an overall volume of about 14 thousand visas.

The Visa Centre of the Embassy of Italy in Singapore manages all the visa requests to enter Italy from Singapore for tourism, business or study purposes. It is equipped with state-of-the-art technologies to develop and optimise visa services for all those who submit their request.

CSI manages infrastructure services, using the cloud platform hosted in CSI cloud platform, and all the activities required to ensure IT security and privacy regulations, in compliance with the new EU GDPR regulation.
