This project aims to assist the Agency for Energy Efficiency in Albania - AEE in further developing the legislative and institutional framework to implement EU directives and the 124/2015 law on energy efficiency. It also aims to provide appropriate tools for implementing the new regulations.

The project is carried out by Gestore Servizi Energetici GSE S.p.A, CSI and Eutalia involving experts in sustainable mobility, energy efficiency, change theory, communication, energy auditing, integrated energy planning, and data management.

CSI is transferring European and Italian experiences and knowledge on data collection, analysis, and management for energy efficiency, annual reporting, energy auditing, promoting electric mobility in the Piedmont region, and raising awareness among public administration and citizens about energy. CSI experts support the digitization and sharing of tools developed for energy efficiency.
