Consortium members can entrust CSI directly with the development and management of their IT systems, benefiting from ever increasing economies of scale and from CSI's technological investments.
We have been working for the digital governance of the region and the country for the past 50 years. We offer cloud and infrastructure services, application and management solutions, AI-enhanced services, organisational and technical consulting, and regulatory and specialised assistance.
Is there a fee?
Members pay an annual fee, which varies depending on the type of entity.
A tangible benefit: VAT exemption
For consortium members who meet the legal requirements, we operate under a VAT exemption scheme.
This means that accounting for the service will be:
- at cost
- subject to adjustment at the end of the financial year.

We also work under a free market system and are on MePA (the Italian public administration electronic marketplace).
