Responsible for the environment

We are committed to reducing our environmental impact, particularly through the efficient management of our data center, technological systems, and offices.

Reducing our consumption

We continuously work to reduce the environmental impact of our operations and the energy consumption of our data center. Environmental and energy management certifications support us in this ongoing commitment.

We are redesigning our offices to make them increasingly efficient and have upgraded shared spaces and green areas across the CSI Next campus.

Sustainable mobility

To reduce the impact of our commuting and business travel, we have implemented the following initiatives: smart working and teleworking, agreements for the use of public transportation, carpooling, an internal bicycle parking area and adoption of low-emission company vehicles.

Responsible for our people

People are our most valuable asset. We promote a culture of inclusion and value diversity in all its forms, with particular attention to different generations, backgrounds and abilities. We believe that bringing together different perspectives creates value and leads to better outcomes.

Inclusion and gender equality

We have made our commitment to gender equality a reality. In 2022, we created our first Gender Equality Plan; today, we are certified UNI PdR 125:2022 for Gender Equality and have signed the Women’s Empowerment Principles.

We are keen to promote an inclusive culture in our communication as well, using inclusive language and images, trying to avoid stereotypes and ensuring gender equality when selecting speakers for the events we organize.

Our Gender Equality Policy

Training and professional development

We invest in the continuous development of our people’s skills, supporting lifelong learning and professional growth.

At the heart of this commitment is the Digital Campus, our corporate academy, which offers a comprehensive training programme covering technical, managerial, business and soft skills. By investing in talent development, we foster innovation, strengthen expertise and help build a highly skilled and future-ready workforce.

Responsible for ethical conduct

Our business activities and relations with our stakeholders, as well as our governance, are guided by principles of ethics, transparency, integrity and accountability. Internal policies and a structured risk and control management system guide our behaviour.

Our code of ethics and controls

We have a code of ethics that guides the actions of our employees at all levels and also those of our collaborators and suppliers.

To prevent crimes and misconduct, we have a system of controls and a structured management and documentation framework. This includes the Integrated 231 Anti-Corruption and Transparency System, and a whistleblowing mechanism.

Responsible for sustainable digital

As an ICT company, we believe in the sustainable development of technology and promote digital transformation as a driver of growth with a positive impact on the environment, economy, and society.

Digital sustainability

Our digital infrastructure combines innovation, energy efficiency and reliability. We implement solutions that optimize the use of IT resources and help reduce energy consumption across our data center.

We actively collaborate with the Sloweb Association, which promotes a responsible and sustainable use of the web and digital technologies, and we participate in the Digital Ethic Forum, contributing to the national debate on ethics and sustainability in the digital age.

We develop technology solutions for environmental management, energy savings, and efficiency in buildings, actively supporting public climate policies in Piedmont.
