Sustainability in our value system
We have always been a socially responsible company, committed to the people who work with us, our customers, our partners, and the community we live in. Today, sustainability is part of our value system and shapes our corporate strategies, following the goals of the 2030 Agenda.
We sign up to the UN Global Compact
The world's largest strategic corporate citizenship initiative promoting a more inclusive and sustainable global economy.
Responsible for the environment
We are committed to reducing our environmental impact, particularly the energy consumption of our data center, technological systems, and offices.
Reducing our consumption
Over the years we have reduced the energy consumption of our data center and we are now setting up a new high-density, energy-efficient “Green room” providing 250 sqm to host new services.
We are also redesigning our offices to make them more efficient and have revitalized common spaces and green areas at CSI Next.
Sustainable mobility
To reduce the impact of our commuting and travel, we have implemented the following initiatives: smart working and teleworking, agreements for the use of public transportation, carpooling, an internal bicycle parking area and a green policy for company vehicles.
Responsible for our people
The most valuable asset is our people. We promote a culture of inclusion and value diversity, as we believe that integrating different perspectives generates richness and leads to better outcomes.
Inclusion and gender equality
We promote social and workplace inclusion. Our “Age management” project values and integrates different generations and is among the most innovative and pioneering in the field of human resources (Assinter Award 2024).
We have made our commitment to gender equality a reality. In 2022, we created our first Gender Equality Plan; today, we are certified UNI PdR 125:2022 for Gender Equality and have signed the Women’s Empowerment Principles.
We are keen to promote an inclusive culture in our communication as well, using inclusive language and images, trying to avoid stereotypes and ensuring gender equality when selecting speakers for the events we organize.
Welfare and well-being
We take care of people by offering employees and their families numerous services: company canteen, contributions for nursery school and summer camp enrollment, tax assistance, insurance coverage for both professional and non-professional accidents, greater access to medical care, partnerships for cultural, tourist, and sports activities, and discounts on public transportation subscriptions.
We ensure high levels of safety in the workplace and are committed to the health of all employees by providing access to a company doctor and an individual or family counseling service
All employees can work in agile mode.
Training and professional development
We have invested in the development of professional training for our people from the very beginning. Today, with our Digital Campus, we offer technical, thematic, managerial, and relational courses to support the development of our personnel.
We invest in training and continuous skill development. We aim for constant improvement in our work organization through the use of new technologies. We care about organizational well-being and work-life balance for our staff, who benefit from a welfare system designed to meet the needs of different generations.

Responsible for ethical conduct
Our business activities and relations with our stakeholders, as well as our governance, are guided by principles of ethics, transparency, integrity and accountability. Internal policies and a structured risk and control management system guide our behaviour.
Our code of ethics and controls
We have a code of ethics that guides the actions of our employees at all levels and also those of our collaborators and suppliers.
To prevent crimes and misconduct, we have a system of controls and a structured management and documentation framework. This includes the Integrated 231 Anti-Corruption and Transparency System, and a whistleblowing mechanism.
Responsible for sustainable digital
As an ICT company, we believe in the sustainable development of technology and promote digital transformation as a driver of growth with a positive impact on the environment, economy, and society.
Digital sustainability
In our daily work, we follow guidelines and best practices to contribute to digital sustainability. We collaborate with the Sloweb Association and hosted the Digital Ethic Forum in 2024.
We are part of Torino Social Impact, an ecosystem of companies and institutions that apply economically sustainable business models to solve emerging social problems.
We develop solutions for environmental management, energy savings, and efficiency in buildings, actively supporting public climate policies in Piedmont.
